Returns & Replacements

100% customer satisfaction is important to Toxair. If your order is faulty, damaged, or missing items, Toxair Customer Service will take care of your needs immediately.

Returning Goods

Email orders@toxair.com for Approval and a a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Only packages with an RMA will be accepted at Toxair.
Carefully re-package the product. Mark the RMA number on correspondence and on the outside of the package.
Ship Freight prepaid to: The address provided by the customer service representative. Custom orders and certain non-Toxair manufactured products are non-returnable. Items returned 30 days after invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns accepted 60 days after invoice date.
